I ordered a 30x20 Canvas that ended up taking 3 and a half weeks to get printed and shipped to my home. The turn out looks fantastic except for 1 small white spot in a darker portion of the image that's impossible not to notice. Sadly it looks like the machine or however it's made missed printing a small pixel or something on the canvas.

My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ?

I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it's 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.

Pros:Solid workmanship Delivered in the quoted time frame Cons: We were never asked to choose a matte colour when we came into your office to spec out the job. Due to blue samples on the wall that have the trim colour the same as the matte colour we thought we would be getting the same colour on the edge and the matte. At some point the person putting together our order should have realized that we had not selected a matte colour. At that point work should have stopped to find out what we wanted. We should have been called to find out what colour we would want the matte to be. Why would one of your workers make that decision without knowing our taste? My wife did receive a call that the walnut colour we chose for our art was no longer available but that a very close option was found. My wife asked if there was an opportunity for us to come and have a look. We were told that was not possible. The matte colour your worker selected is nowhere close to the original walnut colour we selected. A discount was provided as we expressed our surprise and disappointment when picking up our art. We really had no option. The work could not be reversed. Our only option was to buy the images again and start over. We would be out 100's of dollars. The colour your worker selected for us does not work well in our room. Additionally we were told that hardware to hang our art was provided. We only opened the smaller image when picking up our art as the larger image was packed too well to open. When I did not see the hardware in the smaller image and asked, we were told that hardware for both pieces were in the packaging of the larger image. I just called your office and asked about the hardware and was told now it would to be included. Very disappointed in the communication with your company and the results of this project.

Love our enlarged canvas print. Our contact with Keen Art Media was reserved, but she assured us the print we selected would be fine for a 42" x 31-1/2" enlargement. Despite some doubts, we could not be happier with it. Will use Keen Art again.

I'm a digital artist, and this is my go to place for most of my printing and custom framing. Always super happy with my experience at Vancouver on Canvas. I've ordered quite a few things from here over the years, and the quality has always been excellent. Everyone here I've talked to has also been super knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with.My only criticisms would be that in terms of referring my clients to get their printing done here, the website itself feels a little outdated. Also the small file size limit for uploading artwork, and needing to provide a dropbox link, is a little too complex for a lot of people that I deal with. I'm perfectly fine with it when ordering prints myself, but having an updated site with larger file size limits would make it easier for me giving referrals to clients purchasing artwork from me.

When received it, I realize how competent and professional you guys are just by the packaging.
When I unwrapped the poster, I couldn't believe how beautiful this rare poster look all fancy and couldn't tell this print is from the 70's...
Now I just need to mount it in my in House music studio...

We picked up our order yesterday. The result is everything that I had hoped for. You did a wonderful job with the enlargement of the photo to canvas. The only problem that I have is with the packaging. Given the fact that there was no stabilizing of the picture within the box, I consider myself lucky that the canvas arrived unblemished. I realize that we were not paying for the shipping but I would gladly have an extra $5 tacked on to the price if it meant that we would have bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts insulating the canvas within the box. But the picture did arrive in pristine condition nevertheless and we are delighted with the final result. You can be sure that we will be repeat customers and I will be telling my daughter who lives in the US to use your services as well.

Fantastic job. I absolutely love my print. I bought some new bedroom furniture, and the old print didn’t fit over the higher headboard. A friend suggested I use one of my own pictures from Tofino. I knew I wanted something long and narrow, so I cropped one of my sunset shots of Crystal Cove, uploaded the file, and it was so easy. The size options popped up, I selected the one I wanted - 20 x 45, and had the final product in my hands within 5 days. I will definitely do it again. Can’t wait to see what shots come out of my next trip, and what new “art” I can get for the walls then.

They specialize in fine art prints, so they are better set-up for making superior small-batch high-quality prints than an outfit that relies on volume sales. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Turnaround times are super fast, and the work is accurate. Prices are reasonable, given the high quality of the final output. I have a wide variety of excellent art materials to choose from. They even matted my work! Cheap materials makes for cheap art, I say, but KeenART is quality all of the way! Five stars out of five!

I am thrilled with my two frames (with liners) for a variety of reasons: (1) Website was very well organized and easy to use. (I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. While it took a couple of weeks to receive the frames and they are a tad pricey, I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.

Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. SERVICE: I\\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that.
PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\\"x60\\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\\'m extremely happy with the final product.
SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers).
OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.

I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.

I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.

Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order.
First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle.
Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself.
Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose.
Deeply dissatisfied.

Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

We live in Dawson City & have no framing shops here. The closest one is in Whitehorse about 550km away. I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20 % extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \\'speedy delivery\\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.

I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done.
On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice)
also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order)
